3-4 potatoes
1/2 lb hamburger
chopped onion (optional)
3 tbsp flour
1 1/2 c. milk
Salt
Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Brown hamburger in skillet. Add flour and stir. Add milk and stir. Stir until thickened and bubbly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hamburger gravy over mashed potatoes.
